Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SnapReply mobile application (the "App") operated by SnapReply ("us", "we", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
Section 02
Use of the App
- You must use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You are responsible for all content you input into the App.
- You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Section 03
Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscription Plans: We offer weekly, monthly, and annual subscription plans.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
- Free Trial: If offered, a free trial allows access for a limited time. You will be charged after the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Refunds: All billing and refunds are handled through the Apple App Store.

AI Content Disclaimer
- The App uses Artificial Intelligence to generate responses.
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information provided by the AI.
- You should not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, or financial advice.
Section 05
Intellectual Property
- The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SnapReply and its licensors.
- You retain ownership of the content you input, but by using the App, you grant us the right to process that content to provide our services.
Section 06
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SnapReply, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
Section 07
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Section 08
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kazakhstan/Astana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
